Dr. Johnson's extensive background in business, organizational
dynamics and psychology has provided him with the ability
to take on difficult situations coaching executives,
professional partnerships, and leadership teams through
the process to successful resolution. His collaborative
style engages individuals in constructing new strategies
and insights that enhance their leadership capability,
ultimately improving organizational climate and productivity.
Wiley Johnson received a B.S. in Business Administration
and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Southern
California. Prior to receiving his Ph.D. and founding
Innovative Business Dynamics he worked in sales, management,
and public relations. Although he has consulted to numerous
large corporations including American Cancer Society,
Becton-Dickinson, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Rexam and
Union Bank of California, Wiley takes special interest
in helping to turn around and develop small to
mid-size companies.
Dr. Johnson is the author of numerous articles, organizational
learning programs, and the audiotape series, Transition
to Transformation Surviving Job Loss.
Throughout his career he has conducted seminars and
keynote presentations on a variety of topics, including
executive selection and assessment, leadership development,
productive coaching, conflict resolution, organizational
alignment and transition.
